The character’s ability to channel their vitae into inhuman speed makes them more effective in combat, as they strike before the foes know what is happening.

Your character is unable to summon their speed on this occasion.

Success

Your character is able to summon their speed.  +1 to combat for the next ten minutes.

Exceptional Success

Your character is able to summon their speed.  +2 to combat for the next ten minutes.

2) Blur of Motion

The character moves with terrible speed, escaping violence before it starts.

Failure

Your character is unable to summon their speed on this occasion.

Success

Your character may escape a combat situation entirely.  They can neither help their allies, nor be harmed by their foes in this combat.

Exceptional Success

Your character may carry a willing ally with them as they flee the combat.  Neither of you can help your allies, or be harmed by your foes.


3) The Unseen Storm

The character’s speed in combat is terrifying to behold.  They move too fast for the eye to follow, and evade all their opponents blows while unleashing devastating strikes of their own.  (Two participants on opposite sides of a combat using this power will cancel each other out.)
