Beast Effects: Paranoia

These are the roleplay effects characters will receive if they character is becoming hungry and their beast is paranoid. The text for each tier will be displayed in the web app alongside the outcome of of a power use that triggers the effect.

Tier 1

Your beast stirs. It is in a dangerous place, and is wary.  You are becoming suspicious and paranoid. Your character should express that paranoia however is most natural, within the guidelines below.

OOC benchmark: Other characters should realise that your character is twitchy and out of sorts, but this should be nothing they can’t apologise for later.  This should be an inconvenience to your character, but not massively derail their life.

Tier 2

Your beast rises.  It is becoming harder and hard to differentiate its suspicions from your own.  You are really paranoid now. Your character should express that anger however is most natural, within the guidelines below.

OOC benchmark: Your character should alienate allies and ruin or stall their own plans with suspicion and misttrust to the point that you expect to spend a significant chunk of the next game session clearing up the fall out from their poor decisions.
